Pelham Avenue
Project consisted of restoring and renovation a 1-story 1930's spanish bugalow in west los angeles. Improvements included a new enrty facade with porch, windows, parapet tile & white washed plaster. The new interiors included renovating the kitchen, bathrooms and adding all new mechanical upgrades.
Drought tollerant plant material was selected for the garden design by curt klebaum gardens.
