Simply constructed and minimally finished, 3 Over 4 Night Table is a composition of plywood laminations.

Three laminations form the top and end. The splayed leg is composed of two laminations and the shelf unit is a single plywood lamination. The number of laminations is assigned to each piece of the structure, top down.

The plane of the leg is pushed back and cut into the shelf; the shelf is pulled forward, rabbeted into the leg, emphasizing the use of the 1-2-3 laminations.
